HOST THE SWEETEST PARTY at Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics in Winchester!

Your child, and their friends, will get full and private access to our amazing 2200 sq. ft. gym. Supervised by two fantastic instructors, they will be fully entertained and moving the entire time. After swinging their way through the gym, the party will move into the beautifully decorated party room to continue the celebration! Parties are for 1-year to 7-year-olds. They are held Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Reservations are accepted 3 months in advance (6 months in advance for SPG and LPP members). A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required. YOUR BIRTHDAY PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• 45 minutes in the gym
• 45 minutes in the party room
• 2 highly skilled instructors
• A gift for the birthday child
• Total clean-up post-party
• An afternoon of fun and games they will not forget!

PLEASE NOTE: Parties are for children turning 1 and up to 7 year olds. Parties for 1-3 years old will require parent participation.

PRICING:

• $599.00 for members, $650.00 for non-members. 
• The price includes up to 14 children including the birthday child.  Each additional child is $20.00. Due to space limitations, we have a limit of 25 children per party (including birthday child).
• A $100.00 non-refundable deposit will be charged when booking to reserve the party. The deposit will be applied to the cost of the party and the balance will be charged on the day of the party. 

SCHEDULING:

• Parties are held on most Saturdays and Sundays, at 1:30pm
• After completing the online contract for booking, you will be charged the $100.00 deposit.  No booking is confirmed until you receive an email from parties@spgymnastics.com
• No reservations will be taken over the phone.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Tablecloths (3) ; standard picnic table size
• Food (cake, ice cream, drinks, pizza, etc. No alcohol.)
• Paper plates, napkins, cups, utensils, etc
• A knife to cut the cake, matches, candles
• Party favors

PLEASE NOTE: Nothing may be taped to the walls in the room.  Decorations must be self-sustaining. Piñatas may be pull string only. We have a refrigerator and freezer for your cold goodies. While you can order pizza from wherever you’d like, we suggest Gloria’s in Winchester. Their number is 781-729-8843.

HOW TO BOOK A PARTY:

• Find your preferred date on the calendar below.
• Simply click on the time you wish to book.  Times showing on the calendar are the AVAILABLE times.
• Blank days have been booked and are unavailable.
• Once you’ve clicked on the desired time, our prompts will take you through the rest of the process.
• Specific day of instructions and other pertinent information will be emailed after booking.

PLEASE NOTE: Charging of the deposit and sending of the confirmation email are not automatic and can take up to a week to process.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Every attending child is required to fill out a waiver.  These must be done electronically ahead of time using the link provided by the host. RSVPs MUST be filled out no later than one week prior to party date to allow us to staff the party appropriately.
• Party participants under the age of 3 will require parent participation in the gym. Otherwise, we highly discourage adults from entering the gym and allow those parents only by invitation from our staff.  Exceptions can be made for children with special and/or medical needs.  If an adult enters the gym, they must sign a waiver and are not allowed on any equipment. – no exceptions.
• Our gym and equipment has size limits and designed for preschool aged children. Party attendees who participate in gym activities must be under the age of 8. Any children 8 and over are welcome to participate in the refreshment period after the gym time. They will not count against the 14 child limit.
• Children under 1 year old may participate in gym activities. They must fill out a waiver, and will not count against the 14 child limit. We set up a special area for children under the age of 2 that features some of our favorite One, Two and Wee Peas activities.
• We do not offer joint parties for siblings or friends. A party is for 1 birthday child (or twins if applicable).
